Factory & Quality Control
Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a 100% direct manufacturer with our own stamping, CNC machining, and welding facilities dedicated to titanium fabrication. By cutting out the middleman, we offer competitive factory-direct pricing and strict, hands-on quality control.
How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We implement a strict 4-step QC process:
1) Raw material inspection (verifying titanium purity certificates);
2) In-process inspection during stamping and welding;
3) 100% full visual and functional inspection before packaging; 4) Final random sampling before shipment according to AQL standards.
Can we visit your factory or arrange a video audit?
Absolutely. We warmly welcome clients to visit our facility in China. If you are unable to travel, we can arrange a live video tour via Zoom, WhatsApp, or WeChat to show you our production lines, CNC centers, and QC lab in real-time.
OEM/ODM & Engineering
Do you sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) for custom designs?
Yes. We deeply respect your intellectual property and original designs. We are more than happy to sign an NDA before you share any CAD files or proprietary product concepts with our engineering team.
Can you do colored finishes on titanium?
Yes! Besides our standard matte sandblasting, we offer anodic oxidation (anodizing) to create vibrant colors (blue, purple, gold, rainbow) without using any toxic paints or dyes. We can also provide a unique “ice-crackle” crystallized finish for premium outdoor gear.
I have a new product idea. Can you manufacture from my CAD drawings?
Yes, our engineering team has over 10 years of experience. Send us your 3D models (STEP, IGES) or 2D technical drawings. We will provide a free “Design for Manufacturability” (DFM) review within 24 hours to ensure your design is optimized for titanium processing and cost-efficiency.
What is the lead time for new molds/tooling?
Tooling for deep-drawn titanium items (like pots or mugs) typically takes 20-30 days, depending on the complexity of the draft angles and rolled edges.
MOQ, Sampling & Pricing
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ for custom OEM titanium gear is typically 500 pcs per item. However, for first-time clients or trial orders, we are flexible and can support lower MOQs (e.g., 100-200 pcs) to help you test the market.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. For in-stock items, we can ship within 48 hours. For custom OEM samples, it usually takes 7-15 days. The sample fee will be fully refunded or deducted from your first official bulk order.
How long is your quotation valid?
Our standard quotations are valid for 30 days. Because titanium raw material prices and currency exchange rates can fluctuate, we will re-confirm the final price before you place the official order.
Material & Compliance
What grade of titanium do you use for outdoor cookware?
For cookware (mugs, pots, sporks), we strictly use Grade 1 Pure Titanium (TA1). It is unalloyed, non-toxic, highly biocompatible, and offers the best formability for deep drawing. For structural items like tent pegs or wood stoves, we use the harder Grade 5 Titanium Alloy (Ti-6Al-4V).
Are your titanium products food-safe certified?
Yes. All our Grade 1 titanium raw materials and finished cookware comply with international food safety standards, including FDA (US) and LFGB (Europe). Test reports are available upon request for our wholesale partners.
Payment & Terms
What are your standard payment terms?
For bulk production, our standard terms are 30% T/T deposit in advance, and the 70% balance paid before shipment (after you review the final inspection photos or videos). Sample fees or small orders can be paid via PayPal.
Packaging & Shipping
Can you provide custom retail packaging for my brand?
Yes, we provide end-to-end packaging solutions. We can pack your gear in custom mesh bags, canvas pouches, or printed corrugated retail boxes. We also support Amazon FBA labeling services (UPC/FNSKU barcodes) applied directly in our factory.
What shipping terms do you support?
We support EXW, FOB (Shanghai/Ningbo), and CIF. For clients without their own freight forwarders, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) door-to-door shipping via air or sea, handling all customs clearance for a hassle-free experience.
What happens if products are damaged or defective?
We offer a strong after-sales guarantee. If any products are damaged during transit or fail to meet the agreed quality standards upon receipt, we will provide free replacements or refund the defective items in your next order.
